Roo has been busy collecting sticks and scraps of wood of late, with the aim of building his first bird box.   His favourite bird, the robin, is watching very closely. 
Roo is handmade by me and lovingly distressed to give him an aged appearance.  He is made from Schulte mohair and filled with steel shot, pellets and poly cotton fibrefil so he is heavy but squishy and huggable at the same time.  He is 13 inches from ear to paw.  Roo wears a handmade cable knit waistcoat to keep off the chill whilst in the garden.
Roo is a collectors bear and not suitable for children under 12 due to small parts.  Roo prefers to observe from a shelf or a chair rather than be played with.
